The remediation of the upper penthouse floors set a new precedent as the tallest project of its kind, necessitating elevated levels of planning, coordination, and a heightened focus on health and safety. This objective was effectively accomplished through the engagement and collaboration of reputable professionals within the Project Control Group, which was spearheaded and supervised by ANOROC.

ANOROC facilitated and guided 189 Owners across 32 floors from the initial defect identification survey through to the successful issuance of the building consent with regulatory authority notably praising the thoroughness and quality of the application, with minimal requests for additional information, underscoring the calibre and professionalism of the Project Control Group and its management.
